Job Title: Investment Associate
The Investment Associate will support the company’s CFO, delivering critical support to the finance department and supporting the growth of the entire firm. This person will be part of a dynamic, fast-moving team and have access to an incredible network of individuals across all industries and walks of life. An ideal candidate will have buy-side investment experience, the ability to think analytically, and execute at a high level with great attention to detail.

- Manage all financial analysis related to new investments and existing portfolio companies
- Proven ability to synthesize key data and deliver financial analysis to facilitate senior level decision making
- Responsibility for performing financial due diligence, market research, and financial modeling related to new investments
- Assisting in public market investing strategy, research and analysis
- Strong organizational skills with responsibility for maintaining all details related to the investment portfolio
- Preparation of investment updates and valuation reports to investment partners
- Assist with external capital raising across investments and asset classes
- Liaise with existing portfolio companies, driving value through operational and financial insight
Qualifications
- 3+ years of finance experience, including buy-side investment experience
- Demonstrated ability to execute complex transactions
- Strong skill set across financial modeling and valuation
- Ability to evaluate complex financial and operational data
- Passion for sports and the broader SME landscape; TMT investment and/or investment banking experience preferred
- Comfortable working in an entrepreneurial business, where time is critical and things change frequently. Maintains a ‘roll up your sleeves’ attitude.
